Our Programs
Our programs offer students opportunities to grow as individuals and as members of a team, learn more about trade schools, college admissions and entrepreneurship, take college tours, participate in mock job interviews, and much more. It’s our belief that these experiences will enable the students to graduate with more knowledge than the typical high school diploma provides and better equip them for a successful transition to adulthood.

Each of our program offerings fall into one of four categories or bases, as we call them:
Self-confidence, goal setting skills, and an awareness of personal strengths are promoted and taught in various workshops.
The college admissions process is competitive and can be challenging for students so we provide tutoring for high school courses in addition to various college preparation workshops throughout the year.
The ability to work independently and on teams is important for adults so we offer training and opportunities for students to learn the skills needed to develop as leaders and successfully collaborate with others.
Our students obtain knowledge, skills, and access to resources that prepare them to, not only, obtain employment but advance in the workforce. Activities include interviewing skills, resume writing, and more.
